YORKSHIRE PUDDING
4 heaped table spoons plain flour
1 egg
1/2 pint milk (substitute about 1/16 with water)
salt
sieve flour + salt into mixing bowl
make a well in the middle
add milk
mix in slowly trying to avoid any lumps
