I went to Russell and Jason’s new flat yesterday and it’s lovely. They have a whole floor of the building to themselves with a key activated lift and videophone entry thingys. I am mightily impressed, particularly by their living room which is easily five times the size of mine and their view of the Thames, which somewhat trumps my scenic vista of the M2.

My main reason for visiting, in all honesty was because Katy is staying with them for a few days to catch up with her friends. We had a nice relaxed evening in playing with Russell’s Wii and watching various bits of films. I must say I was quite taken aback by the Wii, it’s brilliant. Having never seen one or really having read much about them I was seriously impressed. Monkey Ball, Wii Sports and Wii Play were all very entertaining and when Wiis become more readily available and I have some cash I’ll be sorely tempted to treat myself.
