It was my first day at Virgin Megastore today. It went quite well, I made a few mistakes but I was told it was expected. I’ve nearly got my head around the till and I’m sure I’ll be okay with it by the end of the week. It looks like it’s going to be a fun place to work, the staff I’ve met seem like a nice bunch and I quite enjoy the interaction with the customers. The novelty of the latter may wear off closer to Christmas as they increase in numbers and lessen in patience though.
