I was listening to Xfm on the way home this morning and they announced that the Pixies are reforming for two shows. They gave out the number for the ticket office and immediately their switchboard was full of people who wanted to get tickets. After a while they started putting people on air and berating them for ringing the wrong number. Then they put this one woman on air..

Caller: Hi I’d like some tickets to see the Pixies
DJ: Okay, just give us your credit card details
Caller: Okay its…
DJ: NO DON”T, you’re on air

And for some reason that cracked me up.
